Q: Can I deal directly with Unitec even if I am not a dealer? 

A: Absolutely! We want your business and we are here to help. 

Q: Will Unitec manufacture other products? Or non-musical cases? 

A: Yes. Unitec will help manufacture and prototype just about any product within our manufacturing capabilities. We specialize in OEM products of all kinds. 

Q: Can I buy hardware, accessories or parts from Unitec direct? 

A: Yes. Minimum order is $15.00

Terms and Conditions

 

We will deal directly with Institutions, Band Boosters, Band Directors or Music Dealers. We require a Purchase Order and payment at time of shipment or Net 10 days. If you are a professional musician needing a Fly Vault, please feel free to contact us.

**** UniTec is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the rising cost of shipping your products to you or your customers. 3rd Party Shipping Arrangements can be made to assist with the extra expense. Certain items will ship by Truck or as an oversize shipment. Inquire when placing your order. ****

**** Helpful Hint: If you buy a large item, we suggest getting smaller items we can pack inside. ****

 

Drop Shipments:

UniTec will drop ship your order upon request. Drop shipments are available to Open Account Dealers. C.O.D. dealers must prepay for drop shipments.

Return Policy:

UniTec must be notified within (10) days after receipt of products if any damage or problems are found. All returns must have an “RA Number”. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all freight costs, at the discretion of UniTec.

Important Customer Order Notice:

CUSTOM ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR CANCELED. Please be sure to double check your specifications. UniTec will build the custom product to match YOUR specifications. Custom products quotes expire after 60 days.

Important Damage and Loss Notification:

When your order leaves the UniTec dock it is in PERFECT CONDITION. UniTec IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE inclusive of concealed damage. Inspect all cartons for damage or shortage at the time of delivery receipt. It is entirely the CONSIGNEES RESPONSIBILITY to contact the carriers office for inspection. Retain all shipping materials for inspection. Lost merchandise can be replaced after proof of non-delivery is furnished.

Availability of Stage Series Products:

We can not guarantee the availability of UniTec Stage Series Products. We will do everything possible to maintain sufficient inventory levels; however due to production lead times and product demand there may be periods when certain products are not available.
